Tama ka, sir. I have this photo in Ecotrend garden multiply site ko, hindi rin ako masaya sa kulay.

Actually, it's a Saturation adjustment filter, a Gradient adjustment filter then an eraser tool, then flatten image. :P

Thanks rodel! Yeah, the image i wanted was one na parang may batang naglaro ng isang paintbrush, and tried to color the sky. Kaya talagang uneven yung ends, and there are slight gaps between brush strokes. Wala lang, just wanted something different. Thanks for viewing!
raymond42n wrote on Apr 14
collection nga po...ganda
Thanks alex! I used a gradient filter here, then an eraser tool. I basically cut the pictures diagonally from upper left to lower right. ;)

WOW ang galing...ibang klase eto...parang pinaint...
raymond42n wrote on Apr 17
Thanks po! Really, that was what i wanted to show -- parang may nagpintura ng black and white photo. Just trying out something that i mostly like will do as a 'trademark'. ;)
aoh119 wrote on Apr 18

HOMIE BOY!!! What can I say? You dont need the praises for you know they're good. I THINK THAT LIKE WHAT YOU SAID, UR REWARD FOR GOOD DEEDS IS NOT IN THIS LIFE. Well, I wonder where these kinds of photos will get you!?! Perhaps rewards here and in the next life. These are so galing. Ang daya mo! Hehee.
apotheosis wrote on Apr 29

Panero, its nice to know that there are several lawyers who are now involved in serious photography. One of your friends, Brian Santos, recently introduced me into this very addictive hobby. Outlet ko rin ito, nasusuka na kasi rin ako sa kagagawa ng pleadings and almost daily court hearings. Anyway, why don't we organize a group/club of lawyers who are into photography.

By the way, your photographs are very beautiful. You really have an artist eye. Good luck and keep on shooting!

Thanks po! Just allowing my soul to sing. Wish i had more time to go around the Philippines and capture its beauty. :)
webmistress16 wrote on Jun 16
Saan pa po bang lugar sa Pilipinas and di niyo napuntahan at gusto pa puntahan? Parang well-traveled na kayo around the Phils.
raymond42n wrote on Jun 16, edited on Jun 16
Gosh, plenty pa! Sagada, Palawan, Batanes, and Bohol to name a few; the Penagbenga, Moriones and Pahiyas festivals. This country is just teeming with beautiful places, and i hope i could get to see them all. :)
webmistress16 wrote on Jun 16
Ganun ba? Inalis ko na ang mga po kasi di ka naman masyado matanda sa akin. Nag-papackage ako ng mga tours around the country. BS Tourism grad ako ng UP. Sana makasama ka sa tours ko.

A bit gloomy. The boat floats by its lonesome.

Another painting at dusk. Mood is gloomy.
raymond42n wrote on Jun 22
Both photos at dawn po. Use of a postprocessing technique called "selective desaturation", my chosen images for 2008.
webmistress16 wrote on Jun 22, edited on Jun 22
I see. I'm fascinated with dawns and sunsets too. Would really much like to take a photo of intense dawning pero makulimlim pa.
webmistress16 wrote on Jun 22
The ocean and other elements like boat, sun, etc. make interesting subject matter. I like water a lot. Water has a calming and relaxing effect. It balances with the sun's radiance.

Opo, wala ngang kasama. :(
webmistress16 wrote on Jun 23
This photo is mesmerizing. Marikit. Mainly painterly, not linear. The falls are gently cascading. Sounds soothing, calming, and refreshing. Appears to be a hidden falls in the woods. Not commercial or open for business.I like the touch of green - realistic. Black and white in good contrast to color. Good play on light and shadow. I like the minor intense color on the rocks. Evokes images of serenity and active movement at the same time. I like the soft touch of blue. What do you the painter wish to convey with this work of art?

webmistress16 wrote on Jun 23
Hmmm...you deliberately erased or chased the clouds away. The originally gray skies you painted over with blue. I love the wide brushstrokes.
