Who hasn't been to Baguio? Very few, i guess. I've been to the Mountain City countless times -- especially now that i'm attending 3 criminal cases there. Last weekend, i went up together with my family and asked myself, "how can Baguio look different?"
Here are some of my shots. Hope you enjoy them.
Camera used: Nikon D300 Lenses used: Sigma 24-70 f/2.8, Tokina 12-24 f/4 and Sigma 15mm f/2.8 fisheye.
P.S. I can't wait for my Cokin filters to arrive. Will be delirious to have them in Bora.:P
Sir Archie i like your subtle PP technique here it gave Baguio a different look. :)
Thanks, Christian. Ummm... the color variants are due to simple WB changes in-camera (with the exception of the Tangerine Sky photo). PP are also very minor (recovery, definition and vibrancy using Aperture 2. NO saturation boosts). The vignetting in some photos are also post-processed to add drama.
Thanks brian. Image was taken at 6:21am yesterday. The background is not a washout; it's fog.
atty, heto po favorite ko sa set mo... i like the colours, grabe sa drama... salamat sa pag punta sa exhbit ng tropa at sa dinner... greatly appreciated atty...
it's been quite a long time that i haven't opened my multiply account friend but it feels good to be able to finally visit your site again and with these good pictures, i am speechless!
Archie, I copied this one for Cheryl's project. They'll never believe it's the Philippines. It reminds me of the view on the road to Paradise on Mount Rainier.

Thanks! It actually reminds me of a scene in "The Last Samurai". ;)
@aoh Thanks po! Ewan, i think i'm just kinda lucky. That "Morning Stroll" shot was a spur-of-the-moment. I was walking back to the restaurant having having a number of "bleeech" sunrise shots, when i looked back --- and decided to hide the sun behind the tree in the middle of John Hay Manor.
